Hey Maker!
Â
What if you could make it through the holiday season without burning out your hands & body in the process?Â
I understand first hand how tolling the holiday season can be on the body. I've fallen into burnout culture. I am guilty of taking on too many projects at the same time, underestimating deadlines, and relying on advil to get me through the day, From creating and shipping custom orders to vending at holiday markets to those end-of-year projects. It’s no surprise how hard the creative practice can be on your body. It often feels like it’s inefficient to take a break and causes us to power through while neglecting our hands and bodies.Â
As creatives we can build up a significant amount of momentum this time of year that then becomes a challenge to sustain in the new year because there is a fine line between hustle and burnout. Most creatives end up burning out in order to hit their goals and their body’s end up taking a toll.Â
But it doesn’t have to be that way! By shifting a few aspects of your practice, in a way that doesn't need to take you more than 10 minutes per day, you can sustain the momentum you desire! Imagine being able to connect to your body and create even MORE this holiday season because you've learned how to reduce risk of strain and injury!Â
I am ready to help you understand your body’s capacity and teach you how to create the change your body deserves! I’m so excited to share that I am hosting a new workshop called Crafting Momentum: Thriving Creatively without Burnout on November 27nd at 5pm EST ! In this session, you will learn the key concepts that have helped thousands of creatives sustain momentum without burnout and injury. This session will be a mix of lecture, journaling, and dynamic movements designed specifically with your creative practice in mind. Â
Are you ready to keep your hands and body feeling good and happy through the busiest season of the year?
